NO. A jaded postie from Royal Mail will lovingly shove it through your letterbox. 

Smaller prints (up to A3) will be shipped wrapped and backed onto card. They will be sent flat.

Larger prints (over A3) will be shipped in a tube.

I ship to the address stated unless prior arrangements have been made. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. However for a rough guide, items tend to be shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment.

I can ship internationally! 

For international customers your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges payable by the recipient.

Caring for the environment where possible is one of my priorities, so I endeavour to use bio-degradable or recycled/reused materials to package my items. Currently, all prints are packaged using  Eco-Craft's Self Seal Compostable/Bio-degradable clear sleeve, which are also made in the UK. 

Items are packaged using bubblewrap and packaging that has been reused from previous parcels. 

Prints are mostly printed using soya based ink (this applicable for all products under "risographed".)

While not always possible, other items are made with the enviroment in mind, such as compostable die-cut stickers and 100% Cotton garments. 

I accept returns and exchanges :)

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order first to see if we can resolve it in another way. Also I cannot offer free returns so any returns/exchanges, postage will have to be customer's responsibility.

I don't accept cancellations once item is shipped.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalised orders

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Digital downloads/digital products

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details:

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact me first! I will try and come to an arrangement, however if this is unsatisfactory and you still wish to return the item, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package gets to me. I would be unable to issue a refund if I do not receive the item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will process returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
